The following schedule outlines the rates I charge:

• Onsite service, $65.00 per hour, one hour minimum. Work done at our office, $65.00 per hour, one hour minimum - three hour maximum per computer.
• I provide free pick-up.
• I will come to your home or office and unhook the computer.
• Before parts are ordered to complete a repair you will be informed of the cost. You must approve all parts before I install them into your computer.
• When the work is done, I provide free reset-up.
• Sometime it is not cost effective to repair a computer. I will inform you of this, and give you all your options.
• When a computer is classified as dead or un-repairable I will contact you with all your options, including returning  the computer back to you at no cost for the service or providing secure disposal of your old system.
• Just need a question answered, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday to Friday whenever possible I will answer it. This is a free service.
• Sorry, remember to add H.S.T. to all services including parts and labour.
• If your computer is outside our normal service area I will inform you before any work is done as to any additional fees.
